At Meraki Salon, we strive to provide every client with the time and attention you deserve for your service. Appointment times are scheduled just for you. That means we have taken all measures to reserve the stylist, time, and space specifically for you.

Out of respect and consideration for our team of professionals and other customers, please plan accordingly to be on time for your scheduled appointment. We appreciate that our clients have busy lives. We understand that from time to time you may need to adjust your appointment. If running a little late, every effort will be made to deliver your scheduled service with prior notice. However, appointments may need to be rescheduled.

We understand sometimes last-minute schedule conflicts are unavoidable. If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. Should a personal or medical emergency arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

We operate on a waitlist and appointment times are limited due to high demand. With 24 hours' notice, we are often able to accommodate other clients’ requests. Cancellations within a 24-hour period without prior notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount. Any “no-shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount.

Depending on services booked, in the case of multiple services at a single appointment, a cancellation without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the primary service amount and 50% of any additional service amount. When rescheduling a pre-booked appointment, you may only reschedule that appointment one time. Continued rescheduling and late arrivals may result in termination of service.

To facilitate smooth booking and cancellations of appointments made within our salon software, we require a credit card on file when booking your service. Cancellation fees and any service fees will be charged to your credit card on file.
